.Net Dev with Mainframe Application experience.



Location : Olympia, WA.

Job Description:



Ø Total experience of more than 5 years

Ø Proven expertise and experience with development and
implementation of web user interfaces

Ø Familiar with application development in a .NET environment

Ø Proven expertise and experience with development and
implementation of mainframe applications

Ø Familiar with application development in an Adabas/Natural
environment

Ø Experience in systems analysis and design and application
software development experience in Windows technologies.

Ø Minimum of 2 years development experience using object-
oriented programming

Ø Minimum of 1 year application development experience in
ASP.NET, VB.NET, VSS.Net, and TFS.

Ø Experience in developing enterprise class application (i.e.,
need someone who develops for medium to large organizations with its
associated development environment complexity)

Ø Experience in n-tier software architecture and development
(i.e., not the monolithic approach)

Ø Working knowledge (at least intermediate level) of the .NET
Framework Class Libraries

Ø Advanced working knowledge of ASP.NET web forms, base
controls, user controls, server controls and custom controls

Ø Developing .NET components that interface through EAI
messaging

Ø Experience using .NET remoting

Ø Experience utilizing Microsoft SQL Server

Ø Experience in using HTML and JavaScript

Ø Experience with MQ Series Message Broker

Ø Experience with developing mainframe applications using ADABAS
and Natural that interface with web based applications through a EAI
messaging service

Ø Worked with development methodologies such as RUP, etc.

Ø Experience in working with XML datasets

Ø Worked with Visual Source Safe (VSS) or similar configuration
management tool

Ø Experience with Industrial Insurance business applications

Ø Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written,
visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external
business and technical representatives, and executive management
