Want programmers in China, Taiwan, Philippine and India

Need programmers who live in China, Taiwan, Philippine and India.

At least must have skill of microsoft visual studio and office.
Do not have to have these software though, but have to have own PC Windows
XP (or Vista) on it and internet line.
Can work at his/her home in his/her country.
Will pay 150,000 Japanese yen (about US$ 1,400 at recent rate) a month.
Payment will be done after the project is finished.
Before that we will help his/her life paying US$ 300 a month in advance.

Students of science or engineering courses in college are acceptable.
(But be aware you might be tied down for long hours for finishing
programming before date limit)
