We have Administrative positions available as well as entry level
positions.
Experience is preferred but training is available for the right
candidates.
Hiring is on a first-come basis as we need to fill these positions as
soon as possible.

Duties include providing administrative support to our staff
and office, including, but not limited to: data entry, photocopying,
filing, mailings,
invoice processing, and setting up for events.

Qualifications:
*High attention to detail and ability to be meticulous in his/her
work.
*Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Ability to track and record the status of his/her work.
*Hard work ethic
*Personable personality
*High School diploma; some college preferred but not mandatory

Availability

We are seeking someone who can work with us 40 hours per week. The
ideal candidate
will be available for some weekends for overtime pay (2-3 weekends
every few months).

Salary
We offer a highly competitive hourly wage based on applicant’s
experience and qualifications.
