part of our development team and will help develop cutting-edge,
responsive UI with components using JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX and Java.
This person will be developing services that generate data and the

Do you know how to load XML in a servlet, convert it to JSON, render
it on the fly with DHTML and make it all invisible to the user? Send
us your resume.
Have you tackled the pain involved with the back button, wrestled with
Mod_Rewrite and conquered the difficulties of a small pipe with AJAX?
We want you.
Haven't done any of that but really want to? Send us your CV.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Developing modular server side logic to drive the front end (JSP/
JSTL/servlet based coding) * Implementing highly dynamic browser UI
functionality using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX * Investigating and
applying new relevant technologies as needed * Candidates must be
innovative, flexible, and self-directed; they should be passionate
about what they do; they should show a willingness to share, discuss,
and brainstorm ideas; they should strive to invent and implement new
software products that help people.
We are a small team. We need someone who fulfills these requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of
experience (Master's degree preferred) * At least 3 years of
application programming experience * Experience with Java, JSP, or
servlet programming * HTML/CSS/JavaScript with knowledge of browser
DOM manipulation * Containers (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss, etc) * Able to work
in both UNIX/Linux and Windows environments * Self starter with the
ability to work independently and in a team
Pluses:

etc.), PERL, Mason, databases & SQL
