WINDOWS SERVICES (ADS, DHCP, DNS) UPGRADE

Location: Edmonton
Duration: 1 month
In Scope:
- Install Windows 2003 servers as new domain controllers and configure related Windows Services;
- Synchronize ADS data;
- Move DNS, DHCP function to the new domain controller;
- Move Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO) roles to the new domain controller;
- De-promote current domain controllers;
- Document run books for three Windows Services production servers;
- Inspect, test, and resolve any defects with the Windows Services production environment.
Out of Scope:
Creation of development or User Acceptance Test (UAT) Windows Services environments.
- Windows Services production environment comprised of three servers;
- Run books for three Windows Services production servers.
All deliverables are subject to signoff by ARD’s Project Manager, Technical Team Lead and Enterprise Architect.
