Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication techniques via telephone, fax and email. Superior selling and organizational skills are also a must. TheInside SalesExecutive will be proficient in delivering multi-platform solutions that support and meet the needs of their client base. The core focus of solutions will be print advertising with additional sales responsibility in online, mobile, job fairs and emerging technologies. Representatives will be responsible for growing an existing account base and also generating revenues from new business. Inside SalesAccount Executives will handle a large volume of incoming calls accurately and efficiently. Additionally, they will focus on outbound cold calls, warm leads and call back initiatives on a daily basis.
A successful candidate for this position should have a proven track record of high achievement and a superior work ethic. Exceptional time management skills and a high level of sales performance are necessary.
Essential Functions * Meet and exceed sales plan every month. * Maximize revenue potential and advertising effectiveness by understanding needs and offering the right recruitment solution for the customer * Up-sell customers on features and attributes that will help their ad be successful. * Support all team initiatives and achieve individual goals for these initiatives. * Being available 90% of the time for incoming calls. * Dedicated Outbound Call Strategy * Attend outside sales calls with manager and other reps to provide a higher level of service to larger advertisers and uncover additional opportunities. * Work within a team environment to achieve and improve results. * Provide superior customer service. * Provide unique ideas and recommendations to your advertisers and your team.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications * Demonstrate persuasiveness and sales abilities. * Must be self-motivated, adaptable and have excellent organizational, communication and planning skills. * Ability to present marketing data and product benefits effectively. * Commitment to Teamwork. * Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook * Professional attire and appearance
Education/ Experience * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * 2 yearsInside Salesor Call Center Experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications * College Degree * Knowledge of DTI, PBS, and CRM or the ability to learn * Prior Experience in Advertising / Media
