Training_Project_Manager_-_Instructional_Design_Ex

Our client is a leader in their industry and they are looking for a
Training Project Manager - Instructional Design to lead their
corporate Instructional Design team and design instructionally sound
training plans and develop effective training materials to prepare
staff as they continue implementing WMS and related systems to their
existing as well as new distribution centers and warehouses.

The corporate office is located in Houston, TX and relocation is
provided. Salary ranges up to $85k with 10% bonus. Travel ranges
30-40% to other sites. Great benefits also program where every other
Monday or Friday is off.

This position is responsible for the overall project coordination and
onsite training responsibilities associated with the rollout of major
IT initiatives. This individual will provide comprehensive oversight
for the various training projects; coordinate training team,
curriculum and materials; manage training delivery; identify/recommend
strategic decisions related to end-user training and documentation;
and interface with Training Manager to implement these decisions.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and
implementation of instructor and/or Web-based education solutions.
- Requires expert knowledge of adult learning principals and
instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in Instructional Design and User Advocacy
- Must have Team Development and Coordination
- Advanced technical proficiency in relevant software applications is
required.
- Strong understanding of business processes is required.
