Territory Manager/Outside Sales - HVAC Distribution

Heating & Cooling Supply LLC. was founded in 1960 with one location in
San Diego, CA. Today the company currently has 26 branch warehouses
serving small, medium and large licensed HVAC contractors throughout
California, Arizona, and Southern Nevada.

In 1990 Heating and Cooling Supply, LLC. was acquired by Watsco
Corporation of Coconut Grove Florida, the nation's largest distributor
of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment.

Currently seeking to fill the following position in the following
cities in California: Van Nuys, Ontario, Oxnard, Thousand Palms,
Orange & Chatsworth. Local candidates only.

Territory Manager

Duties Include:
* Prospecting for new customers
* Conducting sales calls
* Developing and enhancing relationships with customers
* Working with managers and employees to exceed customer expectations
* Pricing strategies for profit
* Implementing company sales programs and promotions

Skills and Knowledge Essentials:
* Success in distribution sales
* Useful knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment and market channels
* Proficient in the usage of a PC and MS Office software
* High School Diploma/GED and/or College Degree
* Excellent communication skills
