Designed and authored software tests used by employment agencies. Researched
the software, designed simulated screens and devised questions and answers.
Used the company's authoring system. I also tested our software and
documented problems. I cowrote the user manual for our software.

1994 - 1996: Applied Risk Management (now St. Paul's), Oakland. Training and
Word Processing.

I trained the staff in the use of word processing and spreadsheets. Edited
Workers Compensation claim reports.

support.
