Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li>
Five-nine years experience in related field</li>
Effective interpersonal and communication skills</li>
Ability to organize and to foresee problems</li>
Effective problem solving skills</li>
Desired Requirements
General overall knowledge of department operation, systems and testing process</li>
Good meeting facilitation and leadership skills</li>
Supervisory experience</li>
Knowledge of insurance and/or business principles to solve problems</li>
