* 7+ years of in Software Quality Assurance Testing & management offshore and onsite teams.
* Certified SQA would be added advantage.
* Domain experience Banking and Finance.
* Experienced in Manual Testing and automation on WEB and Client/Server applications using QTP, Win Runner, Load Runner, MQC (Mercury/ HP Quality Centre Admin), Silk Test, Rational Robot & Test Partner.
* Extensively experienced in documentation of Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, Test Reports, Test script execution, Test analysis and Test Process Improvement Activities.
* Advanced knowledge and experience in testing, software development life cycle and project management life cycle
* Testing skills include Black Box, User Acceptance, Smoke, Performance, Regression & Integration testing.
