Demonstrate expertise in
o COBOL
o TSO
o IBM Utilities
o JCL
Prefer to have knowledge in
o IDMS
o Easytrieve
Very good communication skills.
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing and Parallel Testing is preferred
