JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirement:
- Expert level NICE application Call Recovery/Monitoring / Quality
Assurance Analytics
- Expert level NICE Screen Recovery/Monitoring / Quality Assurance
Analytics
- Meta data trend analysis for call analytics / speech analytics data.
- Extraction of raw data from NICE and creation of customized queries
to populate reporting templates
- Expert Analysis skills in data extraction, compilation, reporting
and performance trending
- Recent and relevant quality assurance reporting on Call Center data.
- Good communication skills – both oral and written, capable to
present status to management

Education:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent

Experience:
- 8 Years plus of IT experience
