Must Have:

* 3+ yrs Application-level JavaScript experience
* 3+ yrs of experience in JSP.
* 6+ yrs of HTML/XHTML development skills
* Solid experience in cross-browser/OS development.
* 3+ yrs experience in CSS/CSS-P experience.
* Familiarity with Ajax and DHTML skills.
* Familiarity working with W3C standards
* Familiarity with HTML doctypes and validating structural markup
* Excellent page layout skills
* Experience with Java
