Senior Technical Peoplesoft Developer

* Assist in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new
applications and enhancements to existing applications. * Meet with
decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business
requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business
systems issues. * Create system design proposals. * Assist with a
major Siebel CRM reimplementation/upgrade project * Create systems
models, specifications, diagrams and charts. * Conduct research on
hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to
support purchasing efforts. * Research, document, and implement
program requirements and specifications. * Consistently write,
translate, and code software programs and applications according to
specifications. * Analyze, plan, and execute PeopleTools and
application upgrades. * Write programming scripts to enhance
functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.
* Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews,
for modified and new systems. * Ensure that testing activities will
allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals,
fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems
issues. * Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts,
results, activities, data, logging, and tracking. * Ensure all change
control policies and procedures are followed and adhered too.

Required:

* BA/BS in Information Systems or related field or relevant experience
* 5 yrs technical experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or HRMS
applications (version 8 or greater) * Strong Application Designer,
PeopleCode, Application Engine, Upgrade Assistant, and other
PeopleSoft related tools * Strong PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
experience including building and maintaining application servers and
process schedulers * plSQL * SQR, SQRW * Crystal Reports, PeopleSoft
Query * 3+ Years Oracle RDBMS v9.x development * Basic VB Coding
abilities

Desirable:

* AIX v5 or greater * Quest Software's Stat v5 (change management
system). * ASP / Web Administration Experience * Java/JavaScript/XML *
Sarbanes-Oxley Experience * Oracle Data guard * Siebel v7.8 Experience
* IBM pSeries hardware management * IBM SAN Storage management
