SBC design work needed

I need someone in Huntsville with experience with PCB layout and
construction to design, assemble and test a prototype compact SBC (single
board computer) featuring an ARM9 or ETRAX cpu and multiple Altera or Xilinx
FPGAs. Example designs can be provided.
