Skills:
Strong experience in SAP US Payroll and US Payroll Tax, some
US Benefits, Time Management is a plus.

Scope:
Provide day-to-day production support. Provide expertise on
potential solutions by performing research and development
(R&D) on service requests and enhancements for the HR area.
- Provide R&D and solution options
- Develop estimates, functional specifications and test
plans
- Provide timely turnaround for production fixes
- Must be persistent and tenacious in getting complete
requirements from clients
- Perform work according to specifications and complete test
cases by due
dates and within estimates
- Hold walkthrough's with affected parties to review options
resulting from the R&D process
- Provide time estimates for all work items
- Function as single point of contact for HR questions from
offshore development team.
- Make recommendations for improvements to procedures, SAP
system configuration, or technical solutions
- Offer additional thought leadership
