Remedy Developer

Responsibilities
Specifically, the job responsibilities will include:
* Enhancements to Remedy ARS 6.3 to support a new, remote user base
including scoping, design, development (coding and testing), and
implementation.
* Production support of existing Remedy ARS 6.3, including 24 x 7
on-call responsibilities
* Remedy technical support for cutover to a new data center
* Backup to Remedy administrator

Skills
The candidate must possess:
* Mid-level application development skills with Remedy ARS 6.3 and
homegrown applications
* Proven ability to follow a structured application development
methodology from scoping through implementation
* Working knowledge of Developer Plus, Admin, Migration and Import
tools desired
* Working knowledge of Remedy on AIX platform with Sybase database
desired
* Familiarity with Asset Center and LDAP integration desired
* Familiarity with Remedy 6.3 web desired
* Experience with ITSM including incident and change management
desired
