We are a startup Direct Selling company that specializes in Fashion
Jewelry distribution.

Regional Sales Directors are needed for this fast paced company.
We need an experienced individual to help launch the sales operations.

Job Duties:
In this capacity, the individual will be responsible for managing the
Regional Sales team, actively seeking and pursuing to expand the sales
force and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
· Manage & provide sales support to agents
· Provide sales training to agents
· Increase market share and new customer base
· Develop sales strategy for individual sub-regions
· Survey market potential & requirement for new business opportunities
· Provide current and potential sales reports

Requirements:
· Extensive Experience in Direct Selling
· Minimum 3 experience in Direct Sales Management
· Experience managing a sales team
· Good communications skills
· Excellent presentation skills
