Position: JAVA CRM Developer
Location: Champaign, Illinois
Duration: 6 months


Project Description:

(What project will the contractor be working on?)

Design: Given a high level functional specification, write detailed
program design

*Programming: Writes and corrects the programs according to tasks
assigned by the Group Leader in high level of quality
* Maintenance: Check and correct problems in existing systems or
processes (solve defects)
*Unit Test: Perform unit testing
*Sub-system testing: Perform testing of sub-system, encompassing
several inter-related components
*Quality Assurance: Perform occasional code review. Adhering to self-
check methodologies, produces high quality work with careful attention
to detail, leaving no open ends
*Document Code: Adhering to programming methodologies, writes
according to the standards and documents own code (so that other
programmers will easily understand)*Coach team members: Occasionally
coach other team members
*Contact with different factors: Interact with the team on site
Interact with cross groups (Infra, ST, applications)

Responsibilities:

(What will the contractor do on that project?)
A programmer with broad responsibilities and analysis skills within
the SW Development stream. Analyze business requirements and provide
solutions: write high-level spec, detailed designs, develop code and
perform sub-system testing. Developing new programs as well as
maintaining existing systems. Actively participate in design review,
code review and documentation writing. Analyze defects and provide
good fixes.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in programming in core JAVA, EJB, J2EE, and
Oracle.
Worked on CRM software, preferably Clarify product with 2-3 years of
experience
Experience working with sView/nView, Clarify Product
Experience working with JAVA based CRM projects
Unit and sub-unit testing experience
Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB
