Quality Engineer II

Principal Duties:

* Lead various QA projects as assigned * Develop and execute software
test plans and validation procedures * Create automated test suites
for functional and regression testing * Debug software products
through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain
software quality standards * Maintain documentation of test results to
assist in debugging and enhancement of software * Develop and maintain
automated test and deployment systems * Analyze test results to ensure
existing functionality and recommend corrective action * Consult with
development engineers in resolution of problems * Conduct regression
tests and evaluate results * Confer with software engineers and others
to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities,
performance requirements and interfaces

Skills:

Job Specification:

* BS Degree required * 5-10 years experience in Software QA or
development. * Experience with Linux and Oracle (SQL) * Fluency in
scripting languages, e.g. Perl, Python, shell, TCL, Expect. * Able to
understand Java and C++. Programming experience a plus. * Experience
with software test tools * Excellent communication, organizational,
and problem-solving skills
