I have had the hardest struggle getting the jobs I want because I
didn't speak Spanish. Have any of you had that same problem? Did you
know that 320 million people speak Spanish as their primary language
in the U.S? It is amazing how many people no speak that in the U.S.,
and how fast it is growing. I have a blog where I give more
information about Hispanics in the U.S. if you are interested here is
the link. http://spanishgetsthejob.blogspot.com/

Making yourself a qualified candidate is the most important part
of getting high paying jobs. We always have to be on the look out to
make those network connections, and take the opportunities to make our
resume look better. For example we can give service, get a certificate
of skill, or learn a new language. We all can learn new things every
day if we are looking for the opportunities given us.

No. The problem is usually quite the opposite.

Did you know that statement is an absolute lie? Do you even have
the first hint of a clue to find the correct figures? No, I bet you
don't. Try http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/files/racehisp.html
as a starting point. Or just use a search engine like the one you are
abusing now, and search for 'census USA spani'

Well, obviously you don't speak English as a primary language either,
or if you _do_ think so, it's probably the reason you can't find a
decent job.
