Project Description:
Skillset: Oracle database development. Expertise in writing stored procedures, triggers, views and optimizing queries and stored procedures.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Develop Oracle procedures, views, triggers that implement business logic for the demand applicaitons.
2. Optimization of queries and procedures.
3. Identify root causes and resolve problems related to system functionality

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include developing business logic procedures for complex business logic processing along with extracting, converting and loading data. Also performing system analysis, address gaps to improve performance, use trouble shooting skills, identify root causes, and resolve problems related to system functionality. Skill in writing stored procedures is required along with optimization of queries. Server platforms are Oracle and TeraData. On the non-technical side the ideal candidate would have the ability to work through complex business issues, understand and interpret data in a manner that business units and customers are able to understand or use. In addition, the candidate would be a self-starter able to prioritize their workload.
