Responsibilities will include:
Project Management
o Manage all aspects of the IT Project including planning, budgeting, scheduling, supervising internal and external staff on the project, execution and control to a successful completion, and post project reviews.
o Identify and acquire project resources, both technical and business
o Define and manage the scope of projects; track and drive issues to resolutions; ensure the solution delivered resolves the business need.
o Contribute to the evolution of the overall program goals through successful points across projects.
o Manage and maintain strong relationships with the ISS Business Information systems leaders and representatives from the business.
o Ensure incidents and their impact are communicated in a timely manner
o Conduct presentations to various forums to help promote Technical Services and Infrastructure initiatives.
