Job Description: Software Designer, Developer & Implementer
This position is a Progress development position. The candidate will
be required to work with business personnel to define projects or
enhancements, and then program and unit test the needed software.
Because of the heavy involvement with the business communication
skills are critical. The candidate must understand development life
cycles and development best practices. The candidate must be able to
work independently and in a team environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of four years Progress experience, preferably with knowledge
of Progress v10
A BS in computer science or an equivalent degree
Excellent communication skills
Relational database experience
Specification writing and software design experience

Additional skills desired:
Knowledge of distribution
Java knowledge
Knowledge of Roundtable
Trouble-shooting
