Program Assistant:
Work under the direction of Project Director. The duties of theProgram
Assistant from the selected entity will include, but are not limited
to thefollowing.
• Perform the customer service, clerical, and other administrative
assistance tasksnecessary to ensure continuity and consistency of
services.
• Participate in discussions with ISBE staff and its existing
contractors to ensure alignment ofproject activities with other ISBE
initiatives.
• Conduct regular and ongoing communication with ISBE staff to ensure
that project deliverablesare progressing with the timelines
established by ISBE management.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience in an office setting involving providing fiscal and
administrative assistance
• Experience in providing customer support; and
• Excellent communication skills
