Position available for a Sr. Consultant/ Mentor.. urgently..

Hi frenz,

We are a Denver based IT Consulting company.
Currently, we have an urgent requirement for a Sr Consultant/ Mentor
in Denver-CO

Location - Denver
Work hours - full time / onsite / 40 hours a week
Applicant - should be authorized to work in the US - H1B / GC /
Citizen


The project involves -

- Evaluating the design

- Code walk through

- Mentoring on use of framework


Requirement -

Of primary concern is bringing in a consultant who is well versed in
the following development toolsets:


JDeveloper ide version: 10.1.2.17.84

Java version: 1.4.2_04

ADF UIX versin: 2.2.16

Oracle version: 9.2.0.4


Client will be basing the request for services primarily on mentoring
of staff to become more proficient in using the above framework.


The following items are a sampling of the development hurdles and
questions posed by the team:


1.) Sometimes the fire action of a primary client action doesn't fire
and the declared event does not reach it's method. Workaround:
Capturing event name and processing on the prepareModel().

2.) How does the onKey() event work for date pickers? No workaround.

3.) How does tabbing order work between message text input boxes. No
workaround.

4.) When a primary client action does fire the page resets itself and
the on focus is lost. No workaround.

5.) How to display an object of type ordsys.orddoc from a table using
a hyper link. Not working.

6.) When exactly does an entity object's validate() fire? What is the
best way to manage this if bindings are not used.

7.) What is the general order that events fire for a data bound
page.


If the consultant is not familiar or cannot answer the above
questions, the mentoring effort will probably not be effective.
In addition, there will be the requirement to review portions of
developed code. For those applications, we will provide technical
architecture documentation, data flows, and struts for review.
