JOB DESCRIPTION:
People Soft HRMS Consultant:
· 5+ years of People soft or SAS programming.
· Thorough knowledge of business/scientific principles and concepts in HRM Systems and information technology, including SAS, People soft, or other report writing tools (Crystal reports).
· Thorough knowledge of the functional capabilities and system configuration
· of PeopleSoft's HR, Benefits, and Payroll applications.
· Experience in PeopleSoft 8 technical architecture and tools are a must. Must have exposure to at least two modules of Peoplesoft HRMS (HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Lab our, ESS, MSS).
· Must have strong Workflow, SQR and PeopleCode skills. Must be good in developing and debugging application engine programs.
· Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP.
· Must have business process knowledge of the core HRMS modules.
· Ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently is dynamic environment.
