Peoplesoft CRM Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:


PeopleSoft CRM Consultant:

· Five or more years of full-time work experience working in People soft CRM applications.
· Experience working with Oracle database and PL/SQL.
· Experience in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) - PeopleSoft CRM 8.9.
· Experience in designing and developing customizations of Pages, Components interfaces, and reports for PeopleSoft CRM for Communications.
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk for HR.
· Knowledgeable about the PeopleSoft CRM technical environment.
· In depth understanding of delivered PeopleSoft functionality and tables
Familiarity with Peoplesoft Application Engine and Process scheduler for developing batch processes.
