Part-time Retail Representative

demonstrate professionalism and are interested in building
relationships, challenging themselves to meet established goals, and
driving our clients' sales.

Job Summary: Perform resets and general merchandising in different
stores (grocery, drug, mass, etc.) in assigned geographic area.
Resets consist of reading plan-o-grams (schematics, diagrams) and
pulling products off the shelf and reshelving in an organized
fashion. General merchandising consists of checking inventory,
meeting with store managers, checking expiration dates, and making
sure the proper products are on the shelves. Work could include both
individual and team assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain 100% authorized distribution of all required products in
assigned territory.
· Cut-in and introduce new items.
· Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of
products.
· Supply and place point of sale materials.
· Implement shelf plan-o-grams.
· Complete all store calls assigned.
· Achieve an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work.
· Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet
company and client objectives.
· Communicate information on product lines related to maintenance or
sales activities and promotions.
· Prepare and submit to management all required documentation on a
timely basis.
· Lift 35 lbs. to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Flexibility of schedule is important. Hours vary depending on your
location, availability, and willingness to travel.

Successful candidate will have:
· Merchandising experience
· Reset experience a plus
· Ability to read and follow a plan-o-gram
· Ability to assemble fixtures and displays in-store
· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
· Flexible schedule
· Access to reliable transportation
· Daily access to a MS 2000 compatible computer with internet
capabilities
· Basic computer skills
· Excellent organization and planning skills
