and plays hard; there is an entire company full of mentors. Top management
has done it all before. They are self sustaining financially with no VC
investment.

We need someone at a senior level as you need to know what you are doing
architecture wise from the start.
Solid experience with PHP, Tomcat, Smarty templates and my SQL is the basis
of their development platform on Linux

Your background working on high-volume/high-profile sites is what will make
you the winning candidate.
Your QA and web-based testing in a template-driven web development along
with your ability to prioritize a heavy workload a must. Basically are you
able to make key decisions regarding technology? Great, because this
company wants you to.

If you happen to have Java, Perl, JBoss, JSP, J2EE or any mobile experience
that is a bonus. And if you don't, you are going to learn.
