The Configuration Specialist will specialize in configuring our clients VE Systems using a comprehensive toolset. Responsibilities: . Provides configuration support for implementation projects and services projects. . Become an expert on VE Configuration tools. . Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues. . Work independently with clients on both configuration and technical issues. . Analyze configuration requirements and existing business processes to provide best solutions. . Testing, analyzing, and documenting moderately complex web based software applications. . Performs small to large-scale configuration activities based upon customer requirements having an immediate, positive impact for the client. . Maintaining client documentation regarding configuration changes. . Provide support to team members, as required. QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): . BA or BS in Computer Science . Flexibility and ability to multi-task . Ability to coordinate & prioritize work with other team members . Service Excellence attitude . Excellent organizational and time management skills . Experience with SQL desirable . Experience with HTML desirable . Strong technical aptitude
