Description: Our client is searching for a Tax Sr Associate who will be dedicated to providing tax consulting for acquisitions and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers (public and private acquisitions of US and foreign companies, stock offerings, spin-offs, leveraged buy-outs and joint venture arrangements). The services typically provided include technical tax consulting services, transaction structuring for tax issues, due diligence, analyzing potential tax savings/reductions, negotiation support assistance and general advisory including acquisitions strategy formulation and financial modeling and other related project management/analysis.
Job Requirements:
-7 years tax experience in a public accounting firm or law firm ideal; strong computer and research skills; excellent writing and analytical skills; technical M&A corporate experience; ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment a must.
Education Requirements:
CPA, BS Accounting required; MST/LLM JD Preferred
