ORIENTATION: Upon hire, orientation will include several weeks of training at our Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, our Research & Development Center in Alsip, IL and/or a manufacturing location. FIRST 6 to 36 MONTHS - Rotational Assignments: The following assignments need not be sequential due to shift work and scheduling and are not necessarily all inclusive since one area may be skipped to specialize in another area or to manage a special project. ► Manufacturing Analyst ► Customer Service ► Quality Assurance or Production Supervision ► Maintenance Injection (with formal training) ► Warehousing ► Blow Mold (with formal training) ► Quality & Technical Service ► Production Planning ► Environmental Health & Safety. THREE TO SEVEN YEAR ATTAINMENT OBJECTIVES: ► Department Manager ► Quality Manager ► Production Manager ► Maintenance Manager ► Customer Service Manager ► Warehouse Manager SEVEN TO TEN ATTAINMENT OBJECTIVES: Plant Superintendent TEN+ YEARS ATTAINMENT OBJECTIVES: Operations Manager (Top Manager at a manufacturing facility) FUTURE ATTAINMENT OBJECTIVES: Depending on the breadth of experience gained, future opportunities at the Corporate level may include: ► Regional Operations Manager ► Quality Assurance/Tech Services ► Logistics Management ► Engineering CONTINUING EDUCATION: We encourage and support continuing education and training through our Tuition Reimbursement Program and company-provided training. Specialized training opportunities are also made available within Constar that may provide college credits, depending on the institution.
