Description: Thomas-Matthew Associates, based out of Newtown, PA is a full service recruiting firm that specializes in providing individual attention to our clients and candidates.

Database Administrator with working knowledge of T-SQL will perform rudimentary adminstrative tasks during system implementations. Specific responsibilities include creating database instances, defining database roles, managing accounts, monitoring performance and utilization, and basic housekeeping tasks like backup / restore. Will work under the direct supervision of a Project Manager during the rollout of a SQL-Server based web application to approximately 200 new locations over a 24-month period.

Qualifications/Skills:.
Basic MS SQL Server skills with a minimum of 6-months hands-on experience with SQL-Server 2005.
Experienced with Installation, Backup, and Restore for MS SQL Server.
Experienced in the administration of accounts and security for MS SQL Server.
C# & .NET knowledge / experience desirable.

Must be able to discuss and demonstrate the above skills during the interview process. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal direction, following plans and documentation in an organized and disciplined manner
