Action for Blind People is a dynamic national charity that provides
support to over 20,000 blind and partially sighted people across the UK
every year. The
organisation manages employment development teams, factories, housing
services, hotels, leisure opportunities and a national information and
advice
service.

Based at our Central Office in South East London, with the direction of
the Head of ICT, you will inspire, guide and develop a team of IT support
staff to
help them reach their optimal performance.

You will have five years' experience in an IT environment including staff
supervision, supporting and managing the support of the network
infrastructure in a Windows environment.

We need someone who has strong skills in Windows 2000 Server, Active
Directory, Exchange Server, TCP/IP local area and wide area networking. The
ability
to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, achieving balance of
timeliness and
accuracy is essential as well as good people skills.

Flexibility is needed as you will be required to travel.
