Description:
Responsibilities: Consult with risk senior managers on business strategy, critical people development priorities, and other related human resource issues Manage complex ongoing business challenges and changes stemming from shifting organizational structure, linkages and strategy Assume a leadership role in driving the HR agenda in alignment with business strategy Act as an employee advocate - ensuring that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals identify and address employee issues and concerns Assist the Risk business with their Analyst and Associate agenda as well as actively participate on the Risk business People Council Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to senior managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management
