Description:
Responsibilities:

- Provide acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers
- Analyze potential cost savings/reductions
- Assist with target companys implementation of acquiring companys accounting policies and any other related project management/analyses
- Post transaction integration services
- Investigate target companys background, history and industry
- Analyze management, employees and corporate culture
- Evaluate integrity of financial information
- Review and uncover employee benefit issues
- Evaluate tax exposures and review management information systems (MIS)


Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in public accounting
- Audit or public/private accounting background working within corporate finance
