Experience: WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: A strong candidate for this exciting opportunity will bring 3 or more years of experience in technology recruiting, sales and/or hands-on experience as a technology practitioner with a proven track record of success. Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry and local market knowledge is a definite asset but not required. You must bring a high level of communication skills as well as advanced consultative selling, negotiating and problem-solving abilities. A combination of account management, account development and/or IT Sales experience is a must. IT certifications are highly desired.
