Our client is seeking a SAP R/3 CRM Resource with experience in
all areas of CRM including Call Center, Sales Force Automation,
Field Service, Marketing, Interaction Center and Channel
Management. This person will lead client's SAP/CRM project from
design through implementation; drive CRM initiative to
completion; work with client's leadership team and business
community to identify high-level CRM requirements; and develop
implementation recommendations based on business needs.<br> <br>
Position Responsibilities:<br> • Translate complex business
requirements into SAP configuration.<br> • Configure, maintain
and support SAP CRM module to meet design requirements.<br> •
Create functional specifications for all ABAP interfaces, user
exits, SAP Script changes, or custom reports.<br> • Develop and
execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to support
implementation of new/changed functionality.<br> • Prepare, test
and migrate required SAP configuration into production.<br> •
Analyze and correct user and/or application problems resulting
from incorrect user processes, master data errors, and incorrect
configuration.<br> • Utilize Client/Center-based Quality System
processes as part of the daily service delivery activities.<br>
<br> Local candidates preferred and must be onsite 4 days/week.
Travel required: 30-50%.

Required Knowledge & Skills:<br> * 5+ years CRM/SAP
experience.<br> * Functional as well as technical understanding
of SAP's CRM solution - version 4.0 a plus.<br> * SAP CRM
configuration experience is highly desired.<br> * Experience with
other CRM packages (i.e. Siebel, Pivotal, Onyx, etc.) would be of
a plus.<br> * SAP SD/CS prior experience would be beneficial.<br>
* Business knowledge of one or more of the following areas in CRM
is required: Call Center, Sales force, Field Service, Marketing,
Channel partner strategy, Customer Ownership. Within each of
these areas, sub classes of knowledge are required (e.g. Sales
Force requires a related understanding of opportunity management,
forecasting, organizational rollups, Sales force methodology,
Call planning, cold calling, Marketing follow up, results
reporting).
