Job Description Purpose

* Ensuring that every guest receives friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service every time * Upholding our high service standards * Receiving extensive training to help you become a strong Target Pharmacy leader * Assembling your team and scheduling their work so your pharmacy is always functioning at peak performance * Working closely with guests, the Pharmacy team, local medical staff, and store management * Providing counseling and answering questions for your guests’ prescription and over-the-counter medications * Upholding service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory, and record keeping * Hiring and scheduling team members * Satisfying all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements * Training your team members to maximize overall team performance

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

* BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree * Active state pharmacy license in good standing * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations * Strong commitment to guest service and ability to interact well with guests * Ability to dispense medications accurately and efficiently
