Description: !*!Under general supervision in theOffice of Workforce Diversity, Equity and Life Quality (WDELQ),this position has major responsibility for the development and implementation of the University's affirmative action/diversity plan as well as for assisting with the implementation of individual college/administrative unit affirmative action/diversity plans. This position is responsible for including in the plan all of the requirements under law for affirmative action plans, including job group, workforce profile, adverse impact, and compensation, and conducting regular analyses of the university's employment activity (e.g., selection process, hires, training, terminations, and promotions/transfers.) The individual in this position assists with the implementation of the University's diversity initiative staff, compiles and analyzes metrics for diversity and work/life initiatives, and coordinates the compilation and analysis of data for "best employer" recognitions.!*!
