Design, implement and maintain a delivery model aimed at increasing the attraction and presence of underrepresented talent in the university's non-academic staff ranks. Lead university recruiter consortium and serve on the university Diversity Council Working Group.%0A * Serve as the University Diversity Recruitment Consultant:Serve as internal diversity recruitment consultant to 23 college/unit/division recruiters, over 200 university hiring managers and various other hiring stakeholders. Provide tailored recruitment strategies and tools for internal and external stakeholder communities. Review the University Affirmative Action plan to effectively anticipate and identify recruitment needs and develop innovative and progressive strategies to source and attract diverse applicants.%0A * Advocate for Underrepresented Talent:Advocate for underrepresented talent to be highly considered for employment opportunities with the university, by leveraging your recruitment expertise, university policies, resources, and talent pipelines.%0A * Collaboratively Lead and Facilitate University Recruitment Outreach Initiatives:In collaboration with the university's Recruitment Consultant and various internal and external recruitment stakeholders, create line of sight initiatives and facilitate education and awareness programs that will increase the recruitment and retention of underrepresented talent. Identify alliances, events, and opportunities that the University should participate in; represent the University at such events. Serve on local, regional and national board, committees, team, etc. that aids the university in recruiting and retaining underrepresented talent. Partner closely with AA/EEO and Retention subject matter experts to design and lead consultations with university.%0A * Enhance University On-boarding Program:Continually enhance university on-boarding program and facilitate university orientation. Raise awareness and promote the hiring of underrepresented populations at the University via enhancing/aligning current recruitment systems and processes, collaboratively managing the Community Outreach and high performing talent functions.%0A * Develop, Implement and Manage University Recruitment Resources:Establish and manage recruitment-marketing contracts, Temporary Service vendor relationships, and establish ROI indicators. Partner with university leadership to ensure that Cornell remains an employer of choice for underrepresented populations and to secure university resources to support efforts.%0A
