Conceptualize, design and deliver comprehensive career management advice and curriculum to the 25+% of the Johnson School MBA students focused on consulting careers, and the 11% who enter general management/Rotational Leadership programs.. For consulting, the program will include elements such as lectures, case interview preparation programs, special events, small-group meetings and individual advising sessions. Consulting advising and program topical areas will include strategy, IT, HR, finance, and operations. Develop in concert with the consulting faculty and passport leaders the resources the students can use in their on and off campus search.%0A %0A Assist international students targeting consulting in understanding their options and alternatives. Refer those students to appropriate resources for assistance with written and oral communication skills critical to the job search.%0A %0A Initate and build relationships with consulting firms domestically and internationally. Teach and coach students on how to conduct an off-campus consulting job search.%0A %0A Work in cooperation with faculty who teach the consulting courses as well as the passport programs. Ensure there is a consistent message for students about consulting, including qualifications for those careers, job search approach and alternative career paths; Coordinate meetings between faculty and employers. Keep faculty informed of recruiting activities, corporate feedback on our students and student employment results.
