Description: Strong knowledge, expertise, and experience in the following areas: Conducting a Needs Analysis, Systems Development or Procurement, Programming and Report Writing
Service delivery and management
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Highly organized, good project management skills with previous experience in managing consultants.
Strong interpersonal skills. Problem solver.
Required: 10 years in the Information Technology field, having been previously responsible for managing, team-leading or having significant experience in all of the aforementioned areas.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or related field, professional certifications in applications, software and services technology being used by SCO.
