The Manager, Sales Training (Women's HealthCare) will be responsible for the design/delivery and implementation of training projects that contribute to the skill, knowledge and competency of the entire Women's HealthCare field sales force. Develops training curricula that address specific business needs on as need basis. This position will be dedicated to the Women's Healthcare Sales Business Unit. This position is located in Wayne, NJ. BA/BS Required. Health Science discipline preferred. Minimum 3 years of successful performance as a pharmaceutical sales consultant OR Regional Sales Manager (DM) experience OR Sales Trainer experience required. Woman's Healthcareexperience strongly preferred.Strong communication and presentation skill; ability to coach, develop, and give feedback; ability to effectively manage projects required. Experience as a district trainer preferred. The ability to assimilate highly technical information required. Travel 25% required.
