As a Retail Sales Consultant youll get to know our communication and entertainment technology inside and out. Duties: Sell phones, services and accessories at Indirect Agent/National Retail approved pricing. Achieve sales and customer service objectives. Handle administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, filing finished orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Provide information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data. Interface with other departments on customer behalf when necessary. Drive revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate. Provide world-class experience by resolving customer complaints or referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution. Focus on retaining customers by providing updated product and promotion information.
