Description: Concierge This is a Part Time position on Saturdays and Sundays. Under the direction of the Property Manager or his/her designated subordinate, the Concierge is to provide assistance to the residents of Equity properties and their guests and to aid in the protection of company assets. Specific duties include: screening visitors and vendors entering the building, providing resident services (calling taxis, accepting deliveries, gaining entry to apartments when necessary, and both normal and emergency maintenance requests), and insuring the security of the building and company assets. Other duties may vary depending on the specific property. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer a minimum of one-year reception/office experience. Basic typing/word processing skills required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Contact Details
