OVERVIEW: Responsible for oversight of LTC (Long Term Care) Pharmacy Attestation Adjustments Process. This process happens on a two week cycle and requires both preparing data and providing it to the Pharmacies and also processing incoming responses. The responsibilities include performing the process, resolving issues, and reporting on the process metrics. Primary Activities . Prepare Claims Data to create the LTC Pharmacy Attestation for each Pharmacy every cycle . Process incoming responses . Prepare reporting to show TAT and Quality metrics around the process . Review and assess impact on new CMS guidance that impacts the process . Update the process to incorporate any guidance . Respond to questions related to the process from internal organizations, e.g., Account Teams and from external organizations such as the Pharmacies. . Make follow up calls a necessary to ascertain status of overdue Pharmacy responses. . Ensure that all transactions involved with the process are processed within timeframes established in the process. Qualifications: *Position can sit in Franklin Lakes, NJ or the field* . Excellent written and oral communication . Ability to develop and follow processes . Organized and able to keep track of incoming data . Project management ability . College degree (preferred) . Proficient Word, Excel and PowerPoint (preferred) BUSINESS COMPETENCIES . Ability to recognize and identify errors in the data . Professionalism to be able to talk to Pharmacies as needed . Customer service orientation and strong Customer Focus . PC proficiency . Self-motivated, Team Player . Willingness to assist others without necessarily being assigned LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES .
