Description: Specialty Care Transport Supervisor Department: Mobil ICU Schedule: Part-time-1 Shift: variable Hours: 12 Job Details: - Registered Nurse - 1 - 2 Years Assists in developing and maintaing all the operational systems of the SCTU. Responsible for the daily delivery of SCTU service as it pertains to direct patient care. Performs annual and on-going performance appraisal for SCTU staff.
Participates in developing and updating departmental policies. Ensures staff compliance. Performs annual and on-going performance appraisals for departmental staff.
Participates in Hiring, discipline, termination of employees. Ensures adequate staffing under direction of Director. Ensures state regulation compliance for SCTU. Supervises other departmental staff in the absence of Director.
Submit formal reports as required, such as daily paperwork, incident reports, accident reports, or any other EHMC required reports. Ensures accuracy in charges and records.
